Phase 1 & 2  The Ravines of Bedford South

Cresco Homes and Clayton Developments has Construction well under way on Southgate Drive, the Main Entrance off Bedford Highway. The 500-acre master planned community of the Ravines of Bedford South upon completion will accommodate approximately 750 lower density units, 1200 multiple-unit dwellings and 50 acres of commercial lands. A total of 24% of the land will be devoted to green and park areas.
